We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these information by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes you may have concerns with.

 

Providing your information by subscribing gives us the right to email you until you indicate to unsubscribe.


Terms And Conditions For Our Items

Our products are sourced from quality suppliers hence should last up to 2 years based on how it is worn and washed. Customised items should be washed cold and ironed inside out to protect the longevity of the materials used for customisation.

 

The images of the product listed on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your product colour may vary very slightly from these images.

 

If we are unable to accept your order, due to product availability, we will inform you of this and will give a full refund for the product.

 

The price payable for the products shall be as shown on our site in pounds sterling (GBP) and into the company's PayPal or Stripe account.

  • Reason for collection: to provide products to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us via our form to request deletion.

We do not intentionally sell personal information

  • When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. 

 

Subscription service

  • Some Personal Information collected: name, email address
  • Reason for collection: to provide update on offers or designs regularly
  • Frequency of update: Bi-weekly, Monthly, When there is an offer or when a new design launches.

Processing time

It takes up to 4 working days (excluding weekends) to complete a design, package and ship out. We aim to dispatch 3 working days from your order payment. 

Shipping & Delivery

We would let you know when your order has shipped out and when to expect the delivery. All UK deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail, Evri or Parcelforce. International deliveries will be fulfilled by Royal Mail.

Fast Track Delivery: £4.50

Cancellations

Items can be cancelled up to 30 minutes after payment has been made.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on customised items. If your item arrived damaged by the shipping company; please get in touch with us and we would make efforts to follow up with the shipping service.

If we made an error in your request (not based on the information you provided, we would remake your item and send it to you for free!
